Welcome to Cooksy! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cooksy ("we," "our," or "us"), an app that helps users effortlessly save and streamline recipes from any website. By accessing or using Cooksy, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use Cooksy, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Provide a valid phone number for account creation and login.

2. User Accounts

Creating an account is required to access certain features of Cooksy. By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.

  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Acceptable Use

Users are expected to use Cooksy responsibly. You agree not to:

  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

  • Use Cooksy to harm, threaten, or harass others.

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the app.

4. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You breach these Terms.

  • Your actions compromise the integrity or security of Cooksy.

Termination of your account will result in the loss of access to the app and its features. Any data associated with your account may be deleted as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Opt-Out Options

Users can opt out of receiving SMS messages by replying "STOP" to any communication. There is no additional charge for telephonic communications; however, your carrier’s standard message and data rates apply to any text messages, SMS, or MMS messages you send or receive. Your carrier may prohibit or restrict certain mobile features, and certain features may be incompatible with your carrier or mobile device. We are not liable for delays in receiving, or failures to receive, any text messages, SMS, or MMS messages, as delivery depends on effective transmission by your carrier and compatibility with your device. Please contact your carrier for questions about these issues or your data and messaging plan.

If you opt out of receiving messages, you may receive a final confirmation message from Cooksy confirming your cancellation. Note that opting out may limit your ability to use certain features of the app, including login functionality.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cooksy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Third-Party Services

Cooksy integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to services for authentication and data processing. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party providers.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If significant changes are made, we will notify users via the app or email. Continued use of Cooksy after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
